4 cups of your favorite Ice Cream, Sorbet, Sherbet or Sherbert **
1 cup of cooked, mashed sweet potato.
Mix together, thoroughly, and put into ice cream trays (however many it takes )
When frozen
Cut into any size and serve as is and add any favorite topping.
Or, you can freeze it in a container and when frozen put a scoop or two in an ice cream cone.
